In the terms enlisted in the Return Policy, “RICHARD GIANG”, “we”, “us’ or “our” refers to the brand and company of RICHARD GIANG. Our online Return Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

REFUNDING ITEMS:

We will refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in the original packaging and saleable condition in accordance with the requirements detailed in our terms and conditions and are received back within 14 days from the order/purchased date, for any reason including change of mind. Items which are from our promotional sales and discounted sales are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless it is approved for an exchanged for a different size or colour of the same style.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days of us receiving the item and refund being approved. Please note that shipping charges may apply in certain circumstances as detailed in the terms and conditions.

For our Australian customers, all items purchased online including sale items can be returned for a refund, however, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and saleable condition, unused, unworn with swing tags attached and returned in 14 days from the order date. No requests to redirect the refund to other payment methods will be granted.

Beyond the above timeframe, our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.

To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of by our brand RICHARD GIANG to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned however there are non-returnable items that cannot be exchanged or returned nor refunded; these items include intimates such as underpants, undergarments, swimwear, sales items as well as made-to-order items.

To receive a refund for any reason within 14 days from the order date, please ensure that you comply with the instructions below in the RETURN ITEMS section.

RETURN ITEMS:

If the garment is being returned because you have changed your mind, please make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected after a thorough inspection and your items will be returned to you at your cost.

To return an item online, please fill out the return form within 3 days from the delivery date. After completing the form, you will receive an email with a Return Number and instructions on how to send the order back.

To complete the return form you will be required to enter your original invoice number, and email address that you used to complete your purchase. If you are unable to locate these, please contact us for assistance.

For Australian Returns, the only permitted method of return is via Australia Post by these instructions. Should you ship your returns via any other method or provider, we will unable to process your return and goods may be forfeited. 

Once your returned item has been received by our team, you will be notified by email that the item(s) has been received and is to be assessed and processed for approval of the refund.

If your return has been approved by the above requirements, the payment method used to process the original transaction will be used to process the refund for the full purchase price of each returned garment or item(s). Please note, shipping/delivery costs from the purchase will not be refunded.

For a return where an item or garment has been assessed by RICHARD GIANG as being faulty, is not of acceptable or merchantable quality, is not fit for a particular purpose, does not match the description of the product, or does not match the sample of the product will be rejected by us.

If the garment is deemed to be faulty if the returned garment has been assessed being worn, damaged, altered or has had tags removed or has been returned outside of the stipulated timeframe, our team RICHARD GIANG will be unable to process your return and will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your garments advising you of this. At this time, we will provide you with options regarding RICHARD GIANG returning the garment(s) or item(s) to you at your cost.

Any faulty item(s) claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods and is not subject to the 14 days returns timeframe.

EXCHANGING ITEMS:

For any change of mind return, your item must be lodged at any Australia Post office within 3 days of the delivery date to ensure it is received by the RICHARD GIANG team within the 14-day timeframe. If the garment is lodged within 3 days but is not received by RICHARD GIANG until after 14 days as a result of unforeseen delivery delays, the RICHARD GIANG team will treat the garment as being received within the required timeframe.

We are unable to process or accommodate garment exchange through the online store at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, style or colour, please contact us or follow the returns process and initiate a new and separate order.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

To return your item(s), please notify us by emailing us, we will send you a return form with the information provided to process your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping/delivery will be deducted from your ordered item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with Australia Post or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items once shipped.
