All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  We endeavour to warrant that our pricing is accurate and current.  Our prices are accurate and described within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.  If you have settled with an order, we undertake and begin to fulfil your order at the price listed during the period you have ordered our product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:

We endeavour to make sure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that the description is accurate. If any circumstances, we come to aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error and/or exclusions.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor any given images will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

PRODUCT ORDERS:

We allow no undertaking to broadcast the availability of any product advertised on our website as we aim to make sure that our product listings are current.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Packaging and postage are an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase under our Shipping Policy.

When you order from us, we require you to provide us your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact as well as credit card details.  We guarantee to take proper care with this information; however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

We obligate and warrant to accept or reject your order immediately after placing such order, however, in some circumstances this may take five (5) business days to process.  If we have not responded to you within five (5) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected.  We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase, however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that information provided to us appears to be incorrect of payment or payment method has been declined.  You will be advised if an item is out of stock.

Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.

Delivery of your ordered product will be as set out on our website.  Please refer to our Shipping/Delivery section for further information.  Entitlement of the goods will be passed to you once we have received your full payment. Our Terms of payment are set under our Payments Information section.

All risks of loss or damage to the goods will be pass to you when we dispatch the goods. We will not hold any responsibility after dispatching your goods to the third party company on deliverance.

ORDER CANCELLATION THROUGH ERROR:

Enlisted products or information on our site that contains the incorrect price or incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar omission, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or oversights, and change or update information, and cancel orders if any inaccurate information is displayed on our website.  If your credit card has been charged, we will refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
